He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen Quinn; his daughters, Kristine Adams (Jason) of Broomfield, CO, Sandra Erickson (Craig) of Deephaven, MN, Theresa Mueller (Kevin) and Missy Appleby; and his siblings, Ron Appleby of Marion and Carol Appleby of Waterloo. He is also survived by six grandsons and two granddaughters.
