She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cody and Ida Cody; her son Roger; her siblings, Kenny Cody (Lois) and Eleanor Christianson (James); her in-laws, Marlene McCarthy (Bill), Myrna Linnan (Jim) and Marilyn Sanders; and her brother-in-law Gary Jurgens.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Jurgens; her children, Allan Jurgens (Nancy), Brenda Jurgens, Monica Stutzman (Lyle) and Michael Jurgens (Cindy); her grandchildren, Alyssa Mattson (Mike), Mikhala Stutzman Febel (Bryan), Morgan Stutzman, Marin Jurgens and Bennett Jurgens; her great grandchildren, Anna Mattson and Ryan Mattson; and her siblings-in-law, Cora Lufkin, Arnold Cody (Margie), Denny Jurgens and Mike Winterbank (Carole).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Iva's memory to Saint James Lutheran Church.
