She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richard Axtell and Nellie Madeline Axtell (Lane); her former spouse Glen M. Robinson; her husband Carl M. Roepke; her great grandchildren, Charlie Lewis and Erica Sue Lewis; her siblings, Bill Axtell, Melton Axtell, Art Axtell, George Axtell, Boyd Axtell and Dorothy McKinney; and her daughters-in-law, Sherry Hall and Ruth Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Clark (Marvin) of Vinton, IA, Darlene Payton of Independence, IA, David Hall of Independence, IA, William Hall (Marge) of Littleton, IA, Robert Hall of Independence, IA and Roger Hall (Kayla) of Oelwein, IA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and 15 great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the White Funeral Home (400 1st St W, Independence, IA 50644). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Wilson Cemetery.
