He is survived by: his friends, John, Cindy, Brailyn and Gary; and his siblings, Julie Dlouhy (Ron) of Newton, Lori Mast (John) of Independence, Cindy Kelchen (John) of Manchester and Jeff Weber (Lisa) of Rock Island, Illinois.
