He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Fenner and Florence Fenner (Walton). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Stumma; his sons, Gordon Fenner (Tami) of Independence, IA and Melvin "Mel" Fenner of Oxnard, CA; his grandchildren, Ashlea Lantz (Todd), Tyler Fenner (Britney Worby), Sydni Jennings (Jack), Emilea Hillman and Luke Fenner (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Nile Lantz, Cole Lantz, Gaven Fenner, Grey Jennings, Ellis Jennings, Henry and Hazel Fenner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
