It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna O'Loughlin (Independence, Iowa), born in Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on May 18, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Puff and Mary Puff; her husband James O'Loughlin; her son James Lawrence O'Loughlin; her brothers, Tom Puff and Richard Puff; and her daughter-in-law Karri O'Loughlin.

She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Loughlin (Bobbie) of Independence, IA, Peg O'Loughlin, Tim O'Loughlin, Theresa Endres (Randy), Maureen Navara (John) and Colleen O'Loughlin; and her siblings, Julie Sexton of Cedar Rapids, IA, Michael Puff and John Puff. She is also survived by grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
