He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Manley and Hattie Frances Manley (Kraft); his son Dean Manley; and his brothers, Francis Manley and Paul Manley.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Manley of Independence, IA; his daughters, Tina Latham of Bear Valley, WI and Monica Hill of Evansdale, IA; and his siblings, Jim Manley (Janice) of Waterloo, IA and Julia Fuller of Otterville, IA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
