He was predeceased by: his sister Kayla Petalver; and his grandparents, Brenda Rush, Sofronio Petalver, Rodney Dickson and John Fouts.
He is survived by: his parents, Rosco Petalver (Nancy) of Clarks Summit, PA and Jennifer Petalver (Fouts) of Independence; his pet Lottie; his siblings, Kiki Cabrera (Nathan Pitts) of Milwaukee, WI, Madeline Gilbert, Evan and Joey Petalver; and his grandmother Jane Dickson of Independence. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He had worked hard at Hy-Vee prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.
