Curtis Salow Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Salow of Independence, Iowa, born in Manchester, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold C. Salow and Mona L. Salow (Grigg); his father-in-law Curtis Noack; and his brother-in-law Fred Cree. He is survived by: his wife Kym Salow; his daughters, Ashley Sherrets, Jennifer Ryckman (Anthony) and Jami Griffin (Adam); his grandchildren, Dahlia Ochoa-Sherrets, Oliver, Nolan, Abram Ryckman, Arlo, Hayes and Gabriel Griffin; and his siblings, Barbara Cree, Dawn Lewin (Wege), Vicki Althoff (Rick), Mary Pasker (David), Ann Davis (Fred), Becky Salow, Robert "Bob" Salow (Susie) of Earlville, IA and Tim Salow (Becky). He is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his honor at Farmers Savings Bank in Colesburg, IA.
