He is survived by: his former wife Kimberly King; his children, Marquessa Phipps (Christopher) of Jacksonville, FL, Briana Armstead and Bryan Armstead; and his siblings, Barbara Miller (Mike) of Lawrence, KS, Duane Armstead (Linda) of Greenfield, IA, Robert Armstead (Traci), Berton Armstead (Linda) and William Armstead (Deanna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
