With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beverly S. Callaghan of Independence, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Beverly farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Beverly is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Straw and Maxine Straw (Schwer); her husband Gregory Callaghan; and her sister Regina Reedy. She is survived by: her daughters, Angel Chizek (Dan) of Springville, IA and Baylee Callaghan of Independence; her grandson Mason Chizek; and her siblings, Mark Straw (Beth) of Center Point, IA and Amanda James (Aaron) of Oelwein, IA. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
