Barbara L. Nichols Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Barbara L. Nichols of Independence, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Kressley and Ida Arlene Kressley (Franke); her son Nathan Nichols of Sparta, NC; her grandchildren, Tommy Nichols and Kimberly Whitaker; her siblings, Robert Kressley of Cedar Falls, Frank Kressley of Cedar Falls, Beth Stevens (Ron) of Waterloo, Berna Deane Webb (Bob) of LeMars and John Kressley (Gail); her in-laws, Tim Nichols of Independence, Mark Nichols (Angie), Mary Mountifield (Peter) and Leila Bower (Marvin); her husband Tadd Nichols; and her daughter Naomi Mussman (Aaron). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Barb wanted to be remembered for her faith and giving nature and asked that any memorial donations be sent to either the A.L.S ASSOCIATION ([email protected]) or CEDAR VALLEY HOSPICE in memory of Tadd Nichols.
