He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Miller and Pearl Miller (Turner); his wife Marlis Miller; his son-in-law Mike Noe; his great grandchild Asher Noesen; and his siblings, May Keenan, Dorothy Pinch, Raymond, Roy, Harry, Clifford and George Miller.

He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Noesen of Independence, IA, Kim Kappel (Ted) of Cincinnati, OH, Julie Noe of Rowley, IA and Pam Noe (Bob) of Independence, IA.; and his sisters, Harriet Fisher of Marion, IA and Helen Brown of Corpus Cristi, TX.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
