She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Doyel and Joy E. Doyel (Neff); her husband Jerry; her grandmother Geiger (Velma Petersen); her brother Nathan Doyel; her son-in-law Terry Rowald; her granddaughters, Hannah Pfeifer and Sadie Lemon; and her close friend Dick Bridge.

She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Rowald of Independence, IA, Rosie Greiner (Jim) of Henrico, NC, Geri Lemon (John) of Springville, IA and Judy Pfeifer (Tom) of Osage, IA; her foster daughter Pat Hunziker (Larry) of Shellsburg, IA.; and her sister Erma Neve of Vinton, IA.. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
