Sears, Sr. and Gladys Sears (Taylor); his former wife Irene Crocker; his son Darrell; his wife Ann Sears; his sisters, Dolores Horton and Iris Moore; and his children, Terence Sears (Winsome), Avonda Oliver (Elmon), Beverly Yarborough (Alex) and Brandi Crawford. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
