He is survived by: his wife Mavis Hast of Ida Grove, IA; his children, Tammy Wunschel (Doug) of Early, IA, Pam Nelson of Coralville, IA, Phyllis Petersen of Ida Grove, IA, Marty Hast of Kansas City, KS and Mark Hast (Kim) of Sioux City, IA; and his sister Vernetta Clingenpeel of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
