He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Rabe and Florence Rabe (Ernst); his wife Shirley Wood; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Putensen (Arnold), Delores Vickery (George), Donna Schmidt (Thomas), Dolores Wood (Eugene), Charlotte Wood (Everett), Donna Rabe and Bill Gilchrist.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Parker (Ron) of Holstein, IA and Corey Rabe (Emma Sue) of Vandalia, IL; his grandsons, Bryce Parker (Natalie) of Kaiserslautern, Mitchell Rabe (Megan) of Evansville, IN, Aaron Parker (Bethany) of Nashville, TN, Blake Rabe of St. Louis, MO and Adam Parker (Alissa) of Iowa City, IA; his great grandchildren, Xristianos, Elektra Parker of Germany, Warren Rabe and Cayden Shelton of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Lois Gilchrist of Waukee, IA and Richard Rabe of North Fork, ID; and his brother-in-law Francis Wood (Cheryl) of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
