She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle Zimmerman and Josephine Zimmerman (Schmitz); her husband Arlynn Schug; and her daughter Carmen Morehouse. She is survived by: her children, Christy Walsh (Douglas) of Topeka, KS, Mark Schug of Riverhead, NY, Charles Schug (Jan) of Ida Grove, IA, Kathy Stehr (William) of Odebolt, IA and Steven Schug (Nancy) of Ida Grove, IA; and her son-in-law Francis Morehouse of Taunton, MA.
From 2010 to 2023 Margaret handmade 47, 600 rosaries and donated them to missionaries around the world.
