He is survived by: his children, Alan Weir (Mary), Patricia Hobbs (Paul) and Melanie Duven (James); his grandchildren, Jess, Nichole, Aaron, Mandi, Brandi, Amber, Cody, Kyle, Kelsey, Brindi and Brayson; his great grandchildren, Halie, Blake, Alex, Emmalynn, Alaya, Lucas, Jayden, Jarryn, Dalton, Kaleb, Bianca, Callea, Camyrn, Kaitlyn and Caydence; his nieces and nephews, Rick, Matt, Tina, Brian, James, Scott, Angie, Mike, Jeff and Jim; and his close friend Dianna Johnson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home (321 2nd St, Ida Grove, IA 51445).
