Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Colleen Knop of Ida Grove, Iowa, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 85, on March 28, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren F. Parks and Lucille J. Parks (Ruring); her son Don Knop; and her siblings, Jerry Parks, Tom Parks, Don Parks and Jerine Schlotman.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene Knop; her children, Danny Knop (Karen Maricle), Sheryl Leonard (Mark) and Dennis Knop; her grandchildren, Autumn Kline (Mark), Cody Knop (Stephanie), Danika Hinkeldey (Shayne), Kylee Vargason (Mitch), Emily Melody (Marc), Erin Leonard, Ember Muhlbauer (Ross), Denae Dieatrick (Adam), Austin Leonard (Kristin), Baylee Knop and Kolton Knop; and her sister Shella Rooney (Pat) of Sioux City, IA. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

While there, Colleen volunteered her time with Sunshine Angels which did charity work for low-income individuals.
