She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Leonard, Mae Sadler, Werner and Frances Even; and her former husband Ryan Dolan.
She is survived by: her parents, Melvin John Sadler and Theresa Ann Sadler (Even) of Dunkerton; her husband Alan DeRoos; her daughters, Kathryn Dolan and Elizabeth Dolan; her siblings, Russell Sadler (Ann) of Dunkerton, Larry Sadler (Lauren) of Cambridge, IA and Denise Gray (Joe) of Dunkerton; her stepchildren, Caleb DeRoos (Alyssa) of Kansas City, MO and Jessie Redmann (Jason) of Gibbon, MN; and her stepgrandsons, Noah and Gavin Redmann. She is also survived by children, including her two daughters, her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the family for support of Lisa's children, Kathryn and Elizabeth Dolan.
