He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Larson and Evelyn Larson (Hanson); and his brother Alvin Larson. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Mike (Holly Larson), Ben (Wendy Larson) and Kendra (Josh Rice); his grandchildren, London, Annika, Colin, Nolan, Tate and Colton; and his brother Virgil Larson of Maxwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home & Cremation Service (502 Douglas Ave, Ames, IA 50010). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Palestine Lutheran Church (1375 IA-210, Huxley, IA 50124).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Ken's family, and the funds will be distributed to organizations important to him.
