He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burke and Maxine Burke (Myers); and his brother Steven Burke. He is survived by: his wife Jane Sill; his children, Jill Ring (Dan) of Grimes, IA, Jodi Jardon (Ryan) of Ankeny, IA, Jenna Bouchard (Loren) of Huxley, IA and Todd Burke of Ankeny, IA.; his grandchildren, Macy, Brinley Ring, Piper, Eli Jardon, Jake and Tyler Bouchard; and his siblings, Marilou, Mike, Ellen, Robert and Kristi. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany Lutheran Church-Thompson (183 2nd Ave, Thompson, IA 50478). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (183 2nd Ave, Thompson, IA 50478).
