He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel 'Dean' and Betty Hall (Elsberry). He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Poehlein; his wife Pam of Huxley; his children, Matthew Hall of Huxley and Nichole McCrady (Robert) of Slater; his grandchildren, Abigayle, Brooke, Nathaniel Hall, Margaret and John McCrady; his siblings, Jim Hall (Margaret) and Nancy Baker of Boone; his stepbrother Chris Henning (Barb) of Ogden; and also Bruno. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins; friends.
