He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos J. and Thelma Ihle (Larson); his brothers, Roger and Donald; and his grandson Trevor Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Ihle (Sue); his children, Deborah Conard (Randy) of Ankeny, Bruce Ihle (Joanie) of Ankeny, Gary Ihle (Carla) of Ankeny and Mark Ihle (Cinde) of Gilbert; and also Kelley. He is also survived by grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Bethlehem Lutheran Church Stephen Ministry.
