She is survived by: her husband Roger; her children, Izetta Smith of Winfield Kansas, Freedom Allen (Donovan Cook) of Keokuk, SheriKay Van Winkel (Brandon) of Osceola, Lashelle McCarl (Phillip) of Chariton and Trey Wiand; and her brother Carl Adams (Joyce) of Cincinnati, Iowa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.
