He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Beard and Lorea Beard; his siblings, Judy and W. C. (Winford); and his sister-in-law Marie Beard.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores McCart; his children, Dana Meads (Jeff), Steve Beard, Heather Milligan (Dan), Douglas McCart (Judy), Neal McCart (Dorene) and Brenda Foster (Darwin); and his sister Ella Burns (Robert). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
