She was predeceased by: her daughter Dawn Lynn; her husband Rex Phillips; and her parents, Hazel Pray and Ardys Pray. She is survived by: her friend Jesica; her daughters, Brenda Phillips (Doug Gardner) of Urbandale and Megan Hopkins of Colfax; her siblings, Bill Pray of Tampa and Judy Allie of Windsor Heights; her grandchildren, Nicole Ginther (Nick) of Waukee and Graham Gardner of Clive; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Aubrey and Owen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and family friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Every Step Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
