He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Luft and Goldie Luft (Mischler); his daughter Angela; and his sister Myrna Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Jensen-Kohlhaas of Humboldt; his son A. J. Luft (Bun); his grandchildren, Haedyn of Webster City, Alexis of Webster City, Alexander of Webster City and Aaron Luft (Kathryn) of Prole; his stepchildren, Ryan Kohlhaas of Algona and Abby Kohlhaas of Okoboji; his brother-in-law Steve Jensen of Renwick; and his niece Cindy Dziadosz (Nathan) of Kansas City.

Tony's final gift was of organ and tissue donation through the Iowa Donor Network.
