He is survived by: his children, Larry Smith (Linda) of Pleasant Hill, IA, Dennis Smith (Vicky) of Dakota City, IA, Cathy Gaydos of Phoenix, AZ and Ricky Smith of Fort Dodge, IA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
