He was predeceased by: his father Dale. He is survived by: his wife Monica Guzinski; his daughters, Haley Cruz (Kevin) of Waverly and Sydney Klinkefus of Humboldt; his granddaughter Aurora Cruz; his mother Charlene of Des Moines; and his siblings, Robert O'Hara (Miko) of Japan, Richard Klinkefus of Chicago, Kristin Brantley (Mark) of Des Moines, Jennifer Klinkefus (Scott) and Scott Klinkefus of Des Moines.
