It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Hayler Dalton of Humboldt, Iowa, who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior George and Loretta George (Conlon); her former husband Jack Hayler; her sister Rose Daggy; her brothers-in-law, Mike White and Mike Williams; and her in-laws, Henry and Loreen Hayler.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Dalton of Humboldt; her children, Doug Hayler (Lea) of Colorado Springs and Laura Fagen (Jay) of Spirit Lake; her grandchildren, Austin Fagen (Logan), Josie Conlon (Ella) and Aiden Hayler; her great grandchildren, Ellie Grace and Karter Jay Fagen; her stepchildren, Jay Dalton (Megan) of Waukee and Andrea Wells (Hew) of Colorado Springs; her stepgrandchildren, Davis Dalton, Dillon and Kayla Wells; her siblings, David George (Jollie) of Stanwood, Colleen White of Cedar Falls, Rebecca Rolland (Kirk) of Ames, Linda Dodd (Jim) of Humboldt, Madelyn Riles (John) of Humboldt, Peggy Williams of Ames, Therese Davis (Don) of Elizabeth, Pam Stockdale (Rick) of Humboldt Marcella and Joe George (Tami) of Lafayette; and her brother-in-law John Daggy of Council Bluffs.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (311 N 4th St, Humboldt, IA 50548). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (2369 Gotch Park Rd, Humboldt, IA 50548).
