She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Helms and Fern Helms (Greene); her husband Berlyn Heiter; her daughter Cindy; and her siblings, Clayton, Audrey, Jean, Diana and Penny.
She is survived by: her daughter Claudia of South Coffeyville; her granddaughter Casey Compston; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Heiter and Roger Heiter of Humboldt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral & Cremation Service (612 2nd Ave S, Humboldt, IA 50548). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
