Kenneth L. Thompson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth L. Thompson of Humboldt, Iowa, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Thompson and Lillie Thompson (Hamlow); his siblings, Evonne, Dennis, Lyle Thompson and Janice; and his half-brother Gene Ruby.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Thompson of Humboldt; his children, Jennifer Strege (David) of Winterset, Dean Thompson (Arlana) of Livermore, Craig Thompson of Thor, Neal Thompson (Caroline) of Hardy, Gary Thompson of Wesley and Jerry Thompson (Lori) of Yuma, Colorado; and his sisters, Phyllis Heslop (Wally) of Colorado Springs and Barb Zabel (Mike) of Humboldt. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
