Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Heather McKenney of Humboldt, Iowa, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 39, on January 18, 2023. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Marjorie Lee; and her aunt Barb Pencook. She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth McKenney (Kelly) of Otho and Margaret McKenney (Lee) of Humboldt; her son Landon of Humboldt; her sister Laura McKenney of Cedar Falls; and her stepsiblings, Anne Ostwald (Jason Carney), Shaunya Smith (Aaron) and Brandon Ostwald (Stephanie Schiltz).
In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials in Heather's honor to Moffitt Animal Shelter in Humboldt. There will be a table set up for any donations that you wish to bring for Moffitt Animal Shelter.
