He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dornath and Menhardine Dornath (Zimmerman); and his siblings, Menhard Dornath (Darlene), Minnie Knutson (Jack), Vivian Wergland (Glenn) and Florence Belverud (Harold).
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Sabacky; and his children, Diane Allen (Dick) of Humboldt, Karen Smith (Rudy) of Denver, CO, Robert Dornath of Des Moines and Allen Dornath (Beverly) of Urbandale. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
