With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellie E. McIlquham of Humboldt, Iowa, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 23, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlson and Florence Carlson (Olson); her husband Jim McIlquham; and her sister Audrey. She is survived by: her children, Pam Ray of Humboldt, Sue Flanders (Sam) of Bloomfield, Marsha Sweet (Dave) of Johnston and Tom Krueger of Winterset; her grandchildren, Brian, Jenny (Kyle), Chris, Josh, Nathan (Sara), Jesse (Yi-Ling) and Ben (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Keegan, Logan, Ryan, Ellie and Daniel.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital Foundation or the American Heart Association.
