He was predeceased by: his brother Geoffrey; his uncle Brandon Rau; his grandfathers, Geoff Rau and Don Barnes; and his great-grandparents, Chet, Viola Barnes and Lula Keeley.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald Barnes and Angela Barnes (Rau) of Humboldt; his siblings, Amanda Simmons (Jake) of Gilmore City, Donny Barnes of Humboldt, Bryan Barnes of Humboldt, Ethan Barnes of Humboldt and Falcon Barnes of Ottosen; his nieces and nephews, Hope, Izaiah Barnes, Jaxon, Konr Simmons, Brayden, Barrett Green, Victoria Barnes and Xavier Davis; and his grandparents, Marj Smith, Jan Bryant and Myra Barnes.
