Vollink of Hull, Iowa, born in Hawarden, Iowa, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Vollink and Henrietta Vollink (Engeltjes); his brother Harlan Vollink; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Van't Hul, Nelson Cleveringa (Theresa), Tunis Cleveringa (Ila), John Cleveringa, Wilma (Harry Kraayenbrink) and Margaret "Mike" Cleveringa.
He is survived by: his wife Fran of Hull; his children, Troy (Jennifer Vollink), Jami (Shawn Sandbulte) and Mark (Missy Vollink); his grandchildren, Jake, Katie, Charlie Vollink, Alison (Kamden Glade), Aubrey (Kendrick Van Kekerix), Avery, Alydia, Akenna Sandbulte and Tanner Fluit; his siblings, Corrine Van't Hul of Hull, Fred (Glenda Vollink), Gary (Deb Vollink), Harold (Gail Vollink) and Veryl (Lena Vollink); and his siblings-in-law, Garold Cleveringa (Chris), Lee Erickson and Marjorie Cleveringa of Sioux Center.
Memorials will be given to the Wegman-Koele American Legion Post or the First Reformed Church, both in Hull.
