He was predeceased by: his father Norman H. H.. He is survived by: his mother Albertha Tiedemann (Spykerboer) of Luverne, Minnesota; his daughter Alexandra Tiedemann (Jacob Van Der) of Boyden; and his sisters, Nancy (Kevin Jansen), Beth (Russ Zomer) and Lois (Didier Koffi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
