He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Raman and Phyllis Raman (Koele); his son-in-law Justin Bousema; his brother-in-law Roger Smit; and his parents-in-law, Arnold, Betty Smit, Wesley and Hope Goldhorn.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathi Goldhorn; his children, Stacy (Eric Ribbens) of Orange City, Anita (Eldon Vanden Brink) of Hull and Aric (Rachel Van Voorst); his wife Audrey; his children, Nathan (Lora Raman) of Rock Rapids and Bethany (Corbett Reeves) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Austin Vanden Brink, Abbey Solberg (Reed), Annie Vietor (Isaac), Allie Vanden Brink, Madeline Khalfaoui (Hatem), Andrew Van Voorst (Alina), Grace Van Voorst, Melaku Van Voorst, Askala Van Voorst, Addison Klocke, Asher Klocke, Jenna Nelson (Clayton), Sadie Ribbens, Owen Ribbens, Brody Raman, Lainey Raman, Brooke Kooiman (Sam Harmon), Jamison Kooiman, Katy Zachery (Trace), Will Reeves and Rayne Solberg; his siblings, Bonnie Vander Schaaf (Russ) and Wes Raman (Marcia); and his in-laws, Arlen Smit (LeeAnn), Ron Smit (Adri), Joan Williams (Randy), Carl Smit, Sandy Simbro and Randy Goldhorn (Colleen).
