He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake and Minnie; his children, Beverly Netten and Henry Van Den Top; his great grandchildren, Jamis Scott Thompson and Brittany Van Den Top; his brothers, Gerrit Van Den Top, Bill Van Den Top, Albert Van Den Top, Andrew Van Den Top and Johnny Van Den Top; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Van Den Top, Wilmina Van Den Top, Arlene Van Den Top, Rika Van Den Top, Grace Van Den Top, Ellen Van Den Top, Alice Oostra, Pat Maassen, Marinus Oostra, John Maassen and Marinus Maassen.
He is survived by: his wife Cora; his children, Jerry Van Den (Karen) and Judy Bouma (John) of Hudsonville; his children-in-law, Marlene Van Den Top of Hull and Duane Netten of Hull; his siblings, Pete Van Den Top of Doon, Elmer Van Den Top of Rock Valley and Alice Van Ginkel (Ed) of Doon; and his sister-in-law Jenny Maassen of Rock Valley. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren.
