She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred A. Wilts and Eva Wilts (Van Oort); her husband Arnold Eugene Reekers; her son Terry Reekers; and her siblings, Harriet Reimers, Alvina Van Heuvelen, Evelyn Postma and Fredrick Wilts.
She is survived by: her children, Leon Reekers (Carol) of Hull, Steven Reekers (Jolene) of Powell, Wyoming, Pamela (Harold Dekkers) of Hawarden, Rhonda (Terry Van Zanten) of Rock Valley, Mark Reekers (Lyn) of Ireton and Laura (Darlo Mulder) of Sioux Center; her daughter-in-law Connie Reekers of Waterloo; and her sister Joyce Johnson of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren.
