She was predeceased by: her parents, Hendrick Johannes and Cornelia Dykgraaf (DeMey); her husband Marius Evertse; and her granddaughter-in-law Renee Lyman. She is survived by: her children, Evelyn (Larry Lyman) and Ken (Ida Evertse) of Hull; and her grandchildren, Shawn Lyman (Jamie), Tim Lyman, Jay Lyman (Leanne), Mitchell Evertse (Jenni-Lee), Austin Evertse (Rebecca), Stephen Evertse (Laurel) and Erin (Doug Alaimo). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister and three sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Pleasant Acres Care Center resident activities fund.
