He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit Grevengoed and Winnie Grevengoed (Van Oort); his wife Marilyn Lou Oosterhouse; his great grandchild Kendra Faith Stearns; his brother John Grevengoed; his brothers-in-law, Bill Ditmar and Charles P. Kroese; and also, John and Madeline Oosterhouse.
He is survived by: his children, Roger (Minerva Grevengoed), Linda (Robert Jones), Nancy (Mark De Nooy), Twyla (Russ Smith), Joni Brands (Curt Loch) and Shelly (Kyle Wassenaar); his grandchildren, Scott Grevengoed (Sara), Brad Grevengoed (Nanci), Amy Stearns (Brian), Michael Grevengoed (Randi), Garrett Jones, Caroline Jones, Kelsie Ruter (Luke), Keaton De Nooy, Danika Del Rio (Gabe), Zachary Smith (Emily), Taylor Smith (Hannah), Kiana Brands (Rachel Wiederspiel), Kaitlyn Reinitz (Jared), Jacob Brands (Angel), Katelyn Loch, Tanner Loch, Tyler Wassenaar (Kristen), Brody Wassenaar, Dalton Vande Weerd and Kia Wassenaar; his siblings, Darlene Kroese of Sioux Center and Alvin Grevengoed (Eileen) of Clever, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Grevengoed of Hull, Phyllis Ditmar of Grand Rapids, Rose Vande Vegte (Jerry) of Grand Rapids and Larry Oosterhouse (Bonnie) of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be given to the Hull Christian School.
