He is survived by: his mother Dina Kattenberg (Leijendekker); his wife Harriet Ann Fluit; his children, Joshua Kattenberg (Sharla) of Sioux Falls, Hendrik, Derek Kattenberg (Laura) of Brandon and Alissa Van Zweden (Nathan) of Hull; his grandchildren, Willem, Sarsih, James, Julia, Heather, Leah, Owen, Jaci, Trayton, Kendra, Kyla Kattenberg, Drake Morehouse, Noah, Aiden and Addison Van Zweden; and his sister Anita Dau (Cory).
