With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Anne (McCotter) Rosburg of Hull, Iowa, who passed away on October 5, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Neal and Mildred Christine McCotter; and her brother Mike McCotter. She is survived by: her husband Gary Rosburg of Hull; her daughters, JoAnn Marsh of Portsmouth, Virginia, Christine Bauer (David) of Charles City and Georgia Klimesh (Michael) of Spillville, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Lauren, Harley Jr., Jolene, Shea, Samantha, Holly, Hunter, Abigail, Kaitlyn and Natalie; and her siblings, Colleen McCotter, Jacqueline Brabec (John), Douglas McCotter and Sheryl Welch (David). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
