She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jurrens and Esther Jurrens (Schroeder); her husband Delbert Urban Heusinkveld; her grandsons, Jan Van Gerpen and Jeff Zoet; and her siblings, Lawrence Jurrens and Miriam Tolsma.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon (Edward Van Gerpen), Carol (Mel Tjeerdsma) and Betty (John "Bud" Zoet); and her grandchildren, Douglas Van Gerpen (Darla), Scott Van Gerpen (Julie), Brenda Tyre (Ike), Becky Hermann (John), Cindy Akehurst (Jake), Deb Van Den (Daryl) and Amy Van Den (Brent). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; and thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials will be directed to First Reformed Church in Hull, Words of Hope, and the Sioux Center Home Health and Hospice.
