She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Kroese and Alberta Kroese (Brummel); and her brothers, Gerald Kroese, Albert I. Kroese, Hilmore Kroese and Irvin Kroese.
She is survived by: her husband Ken of Hull; her children, Dan (Mary Draayer), Dean (Yang Draayer), Kris (Marty Vander Plaats) and Heather (Doug Vander Weide); her grandson Adam Draayer (Shannon); her sister Johanna Ludema of Ann Arbor; and her siblings-in-law, Gladys De Weerd of Inwood, Cynthia Kruid of Sioux Center, Agnes Kroese of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Gary (Sandy Draayer) of Sioux Center. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are encouraged and will be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
