She was predeceased by: her parents, Garlan Barron and Jeanette Barron (Thomas); her husband James; and her brother-in-law James Burke. She is survived by: her children, Dana Smith of Hudson, Kent Smith (Tonya) of Evansdale and Sara Jochumsen (Gary) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Derek Smith (Krysten), Tara Smith, Tyler McGlaughlin (Alyssa), Kody Smith, Alison Jochumsen and Trey Jochumsen; her great grandchildren, Lillianna, Asher and Kingstin; and her sisters, Susan Burke of Waterloo and Nancy Bird (William) of Waterloo.
